My name is Julian ter Horst, and as a certified Life Coach it is my goal to help you break free from overthinking, perfectionism and fear of rejection. I know from experience how this mental cycle of doubt and worry can make you feel: like a prisoner of your own mind.

As a certified Life Coach and NLP Master, I will provide you with the tools and support you need to unleash your inner confidence. This confidence enables you to be authentic around other people, and most importantly towards yourself- who you want to be and what you want to achieve in life.
During our first free call, we will discuss your goals, as well as the thoughts and feelings that are holding you back. We will also create a roadmap that you can follow in order to achieve your goals and to live an authentic life true to yourself.
